Live Green Landscape Associates is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Account Manager to oversee maintenance operations across multiple properties, lead crews, and serve as the primary client contact. This hands-on leadership role combines horticultural expertise with strong organization to ensure top-tier service.

The role includes regular travel to client sites, in-office coordination, and the ability to manage days effectively with a company vehicle and company devices provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Degree in horticulture, landscape management, or related field OR 3+ years’ landscape maintenance management experience.
• Proven ability to schedule, route, and supervise maintenance crews.
• Strong understanding of horticultural practices including pruning, mulching, fertilization, turf care, and seasonal planting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable with mobile tech and digital comms.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Bilingual or Spanish-speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and route crews based on client requirements.
• Conduct weekly site visits to ensure quality and client satisfaction.
• Train and coach field staff on best practices and safety.
• Oversee daily operations, including timesheets and crew reviews.
• Coordinate material delivery and equipment use/maintenance.
• Supervise snow removal during winter months.
• Maintain professional client communication onsite and via email.
• Relay client needs to internal teams to ensure alignment.

About The Role

As the Landscape Maintenance Account Manager, you will oversee maintenance operations across multiple properties, lead crews, and serve as the key point of contact for clients. This is a client-facing, hands-on leadership role requiring both horticultural knowledge and strong organizational skills. You’ll be empowered with a company vehicle, mobile devices, and autonomy to manage your day effectively.

Job Purpose

The Landscape Maintenance Account Manager is responsible for generating new maintenance contracts, managing existing client accounts, and ensure a smooth transition from sales to production. This role involves overseeing and coordinating with maintenance crews on daily activities and job execution. The position includes both in-office responsibilities and regular travel to job sites and client locations.

Key Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license (required)

• Proven ability to schedule, route, and supervise landscape maintenance crews efficiently

• Base Salary: Starting at $60,000/year

Schedule & Work Enviorment
