Job summary

United Land Service in Florida is seeking an experienced Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for the branch and to act as a subject matter expert in customer relations, quality control, maintenance safety procedures, and budget adherence.

You will develop long-term client relationships, identify landscape enhancements, and support the sales team in winning new work while ensuring compliance with codes and company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Field Management or closely related field with at least five years’ relevant experience.
• Experience in Landscape or Construction Industry preferred.
• Proven ability to manage accounts with >$1.5M annual revenue.
• Bi-lingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for the branch and manage all aspects of the maintenance contract.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and contractual obligations.
• Identify opportunities to enhance existing landscapes.
• Represent the company at events to build relationships and public image.
• Assist the sales team with winning new work for the branch.
• Establish and implement quality assurance processes; manage labor budgets and P&L guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with codes, laws, and company policies.

Qualifications

• An equivalent combination of related training and experience may substitute for degree requirement.
• Bi-lingual communication is a plus.
• Proven track record in managing a portfolio of accounts in excess of $1.5M in annual revenue.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team of maintenance crews with a focus on safety, quality, training, professionalism, customer service and advancement of the company brand and culture.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with a displayed emphasis on Excel.
