In this role, you will oversee daily maintenance operations, manage scheduling, enforce safety protocols, and inspire your team to achieve beyond expectations. You'll be the go‑to person ensuring smooth workflows and exceptional client satisfaction across our service areas.

As our Maintenance Operation Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing multiple landscape maintenance crews—scheduling labor, ordering materials, coordinating equipment, and managing subcontractors.
• Collaborating with the Branch Manager in recruiting, hiring, and developing a talented crew.
• Providing hands‑on training and leadership to crew leaders and crew members.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company protocols.
• Performing regular site inspections, monitoring irrigation systems, plants, and turf health, and addressing issues proactively.
• Maintaining clear communication with account managers, vendors, and the team to deliver outstanding service.
• Demonstrating teamwork capabilities by working in tandem with account managers to meet clients' property needs

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 21 years old and willing to work Saturdays and in various weather conditions.
• A valid U.S. driver's license and authorization to work in the United States.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Suite and the ability to learn company software such as Aspire.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in commercial landscaping or grounds maintenance and three (3) years in a grounds/commercial landscaping management position.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
• A passion for quality work and customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency with native plants and horticultural knowledge

Salary:

$60,000-$80,000 annually (based upon experience)
