Qualifications

• Valid driver's license; ability to work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and track inspections for utilities, drainage, landscaping, parks, and facilities.
• Coordinate site access, permits, and safety requirements; issue work orders for deficiencies.
• Track findings, photos, and corrective actions; follow up to closure.
• Prepare status reports for board packets and compliance files.
• Maintain asset inventories and inspection templates; support audits.
• Assist with emergency inspections (storms/events) and after-action reports.
