Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a BVG Estimator to review plans and prepare bid information for commercial landscape and irrigation projects.

You will gather take-off data, compile estimates, maintain price data from suppliers, and present findings to management using standard estimating software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• Prior landscaping industry experience with estimating and managing landscape and irrigation projects
• Proficiency with On-Screen Take-Off
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Effective oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Gather, calculate, and compile take-off data for bid proposals
• Prepare routine estimates and detailed cost estimates under manager supervision
• Maintain current price information from suppliers and subcontractors
• Use standard estimate software to present information to management
• Demonstrate ethics and integrity in all actions
