Job summary

Landscape East & West is seeking a Landscape Installation Salesperson to partner with homeowners, estimate projects, and close installations for residential landscapes.

The role emphasizes building relationships, coordinating with crews, and meeting annual sales targets, with CAD tools and plant knowledge valued. The position requires 5+ years selling landscape installation services and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience selling residential landscape installation services.
• Knowledge of Northwest plants and landscape construction.
• Basic CAD knowledge (AutoCAD, Dynascape, SketchUp) preferred.
• Use excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
• Possess a valid and insurable driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain current and potential client relationships.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals efficiently.
• Identify sales prospects and contact these as assigned.
• Prepare and present sales presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
• Coordinate with on-site project managers and installation crews.
• Identify and resolve client concerns throughout installation and warranty period.
• Coordinate with company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales and achieve annual sales target.
