Job summary

Mariani Enterprises, LLC is seeking a landscape construction/installation foreman with 7+ years of experience to lead on-site crews and deliver large, complex projects. You will read plans, supervise tasks, and ensure safety and quality while coordinating with the project manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7+ years of landscape construction experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in leading landscape construction crew.
• Knowledge and operating experience with Dingo, skid steer, excavator, trencher, cut-off saws, and other handheld equipment.
• Ability to read and understand plan drawings.
• Plant identification.
• Ability to manage and communicate with employees and onsite contacts; bilingual in English & Spanish.
• Possess a valid, insurable driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Demo existing landscape, site preparation and grading, drainage installation, irrigation installation, hardscape work, plantings, lighting per plan.
• Communicate and take direction from the project manager.
• Direct crew members on site to complete tasks per production plan.
• Assist with training new crew members.
• Complete equipment and vehicle inspections.
• Operate truck and trailer.

Job Overview

Landscape East & West is a full-service award winning, eco-friendly, customer focused landscape contractor. We are seeking landscape construction/installation foreman with 7+ years of landscape construction experience.

*$1,000 Hiring Bonus after 120 days*

Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform various tasks such as demo of existing landscape, site preparation and grading, drainage installation, irrigation installation, natural stone and concrete paver hardscapes (such as paths, walls, patios), plantings, lighting, and other elements per the landscape plan.

• Communicate and take direction from the project manager.

• Direct crew members on site to complete tasks per production plan.

• Assist with training new crew members.

• Complete equipment & vehicle inspections.

• Operate truck & trailer.
  

Job Requirements
