Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a crew of landscape laborers and technicians; provide hands-on instruction.
• Review designs, plans, and schedules; plan daily tasks and allocate materials and tools.
• Oversee installation of plant material, turf, mulch, and hardscape features; ensure adherence to specs.
• Monitor job site safety, cleanliness, and documentation of labor and material use.
• Communicate with Operations Managers or clients about progress and concerns; resolve issues on-site.
