Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Load and unload equipment and ensure tools are on trucks
• Supervise technicians onsite and delegate tasks
• Oversee work tickets and ensure completion per schedule
• Inspect work quality to reduce rework and client dissatisfaction
• Enforce PPE and safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of trucks, trailers, and jobsites
• Submit daily work order documentation to operations leadership
• Read blueprints to delegate activities as needed
• Maintain safe and clean work sites and proper equipment care
• Promote safety and environmental practices
• Provide feedback to crew members and assist in training
