Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the landscaping industry.
• Leadership Experience: 1+ years of leadership experience preferred.
• Licensing/Certification: Valid state driver's license required; DOT medical card or equipment certifications a plus.
• Skills: Strong understanding of landscape maintenance and installation techniques; ability to lead a team; proficiency with tools and machinery.

Responsibilities

• Field Operations & Task Execution: Perform hands-on landscaping duties and operate equipment; ensure tasks meet specifications and safety standards.
• Crew Leadership & Supervision: Provide daily direction and on-the-job training; monitor safety and performance.
• Customer and Supervisor Communication: Interact professionally with clients on-site and report progress to supervisors.
• Recordkeeping & Reporting: Document daily labor hours and material usage; support site audits and logs.
• Safety & Compliance: Promote safe practices and PPE usage; address hazards and participate in trainings.
