LANDSCAPE INSTALLATION CREW LEADER at Mullin

Responsibilities

• Use landscaping experience and people skills to be an effective team member
• Work hard in various weather conditions (heat, cold, etc.)
• Interact with clients and ensure client satisfaction
• Manage a team of two or more employees
• Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills
• Heavy equipment use is a plus (e.g., skid steers, excavators)
• Knowledge of irrigation, landscape lighting, drainage, and other landscape-related trades is required
• Maintain a solid work ethic and good teamwork skills
• Skills in various gardening techniques and equipment
• Horticulture knowledge and standards of pruning, planting, digging, and mulching
• Ability to read and write
