Grand Entrance Group is seeking an Install Crew Member to support landscape and construction installation projects in the Greater Raleigh area. You will perform field tasks under the direction of foremen, ensuring work aligns with project plans, safety standards, and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in landscaping, installation, or construction environments preferred.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools, power tools, and job site equipment.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Report as scheduled and receive daily direction from the Foreman
• Assist with preparing tools, equipment, materials, and vehicles for daily work
• Execute installation and site preparation tasks in accordance with project plans and field instructions
• Maintain attention to detail and quality throughout installation activities
• Follow all safety policies and immediately report unsafe conditions or equipment issues
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and professional
• Secure tools, equipment, and materials at the end of the workday
• Complete required documentation and communicate task status as directed
