Ruppert Landscape offers a 10-12-week paid Landscape Install Internship designed to give you hands-on experience in field operations and branch support. You will shadow teams in PM, Estimating, Sales, and Operations, guided by an experienced mentor to develop practical skills and industry knowledge.

The program emphasizes leadership development, teamwork, and professional etiquette, with a final presentation and potential pathways to future opportunities within Ruppert Landscape.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Actively pursuing a related degree.
• Strong problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to support diverse operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on field training across field operations and branch operations.
• Shadow teams in Project Management, Estimating, Sales and Operations.
• Work with a mentor and receive regular feedback on progress.
• Develop leadership and professional etiquette through guidance and projects.
• Prepare a final presentation highlighting field experiences and learnings.
