Job summary

Ruppert Landscape is seeking a Landscape Install Intern for a 10-12 week paid internship in May–August 2027. The program offers hands-on field training, mentorship, and exposure to field operations and office workflows.

Interns will work across projects, shadow teams in Project Management, Estimating, Sales, and Operations, and have the chance to present their experiences at the program's end, with potential for future opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in a team-oriented, customer-focused industry.
• Comfortable working in both office and outdoor field environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Hands-on field training across multiple areas of field operations.
• Job shadowing with Project Management, Estimating, Sales, and Operations teams.
• Dedicated mentorship with regular feedback.
• Exposure to leadership development and professional etiquette.
• Collaborative work with interns and experienced professionals on projects.
