Job summary

Pacific Landscape Management, Inc. seeks a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive growth with commercial property managers, HOAs, developers and institutional facilities in the Pacific Northwest.

You will build new relationships, manage opportunities from lead to close, and coordinate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of B2B sales, a track record of meeting quotas, and experience with CRM systems (Aspire preferred).

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in B2B business development or sales with quota attainment.
• 3+ years selling to property managers, HOAs, developers or institutions.
• Strong relationship-building across internal teams.
• Experience with project management/CRM software; Aspire preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive annual targets and revenue growth.
• Manage pipeline and proposals.
• Coordinate external client conversions.
