Westminster Bradenton Towers is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper/Landscaper to join our maintenance team in Bradenton, Florida. The role involves caring for flower beds, shrubs, hedges, and irrigation systems, while overseeing the lawn service contractor and assisting the Director of Maintenance.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED with 1–2 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Must be willing to receive an annual influenza vaccination.
• Experience maintaining flower beds, shrubs, hedges, and irrigation systems.

Responsibilities

• Daily blowing of walkways and collecting debris across the campus/property.
• Clean gutters and remove leaves/debris from gutters and downspouts.
• Pressure wash walkways and driveways throughout the campus/property.
• Maintain irrigation equipment in proper working condition.
• Beautify the grounds across the campus/property.
