Job summary

Lampire Biological Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a motivated Landscaping & Grounds Manager to take ownership of our multi-facility grounds. The role is hands-on, with leadership over a landscaping team and responsibilities across outdoor and seasonal décor.

The position emphasizes active supervision, maintenance of high grounds standards, and coordination across facilities. Strong communication, organization, and safety awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in Landscape Design or Horticulture preferred, but not required.
• Prior management experience is required.
• Good oral and written communications skills (English).
• Must possess an eye for detail and passion for planting design.
• Ability to travel to other Lampire facilities as needed.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience with seasonal décor and landscape maintenance is desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and maintain pristine landscaping and seasonal indoor and outdoor décor at the company's facilities.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of the landscaping team, including assigning tasks, monitoring projects and training efforts.
• Regularly inspect grounds to ensure high standards of appearance and functionality.
• Manage inventory needed for daily work.
• Monitor costs of landscaping projects.
• Manage greenhouse operations.
• Responsible for all seasonal decorations at multiple facilities.
• Perform seasonal maintenance including snow removal and ground preparation.
• Other duties as assigned.
