• Coordinate with other supervisors to align activities across departments.
• Direct application of fertilizers, insecticides, herbicides, and fungicides when needed.
• Hire and evaluate staff, and take disciplinary actions as required.
• Supervise contracted vendors for landscaping services on university property.
