Farmscape is seeking a reliable Landscape Gardener to provide hands-on maintenance across Los Angeles properties. This role involves tending edible gardens, farms, fruit trees, and ornamental landscapes while traveling between client sites on a daily route.
You will perform pruning, weeding, planting, harvesting, soil care, irrigation maintenance, and routine upkeep, often working independently after training. A valid driver’s license and the ability to lift 50 lbs are required.
Location: Los Angeles, California
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

Farmscape is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Landscape Gardener to provide hands-on landscape, garden and farm maintenance at properties throughout Los Angeles. This position works with a mix of ornamental landscapes, farms, edible gardens, vegetable gardens, fruit trees, and perennial plants.
This is a mobile, route-based landscape maintenance and gardening / farming position. Most workdays involve traveling between several client properties and performing scheduled services such as pruning, weeding, planting, harvesting, soil care, irrigation maintenance, general landscape upkeep, and seasonal garden care. Work may be completed independently or alongside another gardener.
Employees use a reliable personal vehicle to travel between properties and receive mileage reimbursement based on the annual IRS mileage rate. Travel between assigned work locations during the workday is paid working time.
