Job summary

The SPERBER FAMILY is seeking a Foreman to lead landscaping crews on construction sites in a dynamic, family-driven environment. You will supervise daily production, coordinate materials, and ensure safe, quality workmanship as you work side by side with laborers.

You will report to the General/Area or Site Superintendent and will be responsible for pre-planning, crew training, safety compliance, and maintaining morale on the project. A high school diploma and DMV background check are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma.
• DMV background check required.
• Experience leading construction/landscaping crews.
• Ability to enforce safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized worksite.
• Manage crew production and meet daily targets.
• Pre-plan work and train crew members.
• Order and verify materials, report quantities and quality.
• Communicate manpower/equipment needs to Superintendent.
• Record quantities, crew size, hours, and update schedule.
• Coordinate job inspections and utility locates.
• Inform Superintendent of changes to Work Orders.
• Complete Timecards, diaries, and safety paperwork.
