Job summary

The Grounds Guys of Atlanta is seeking a hands-on Crew Foreman to lead a residential landscape maintenance crew in Norcross, GA. You will set the pace, assign tasks, ensure safety and quality, and support growth toward an Operations Lead role.

This full-time, year-round position offers $20–$25/hour, a Monday–Friday schedule (occasional Saturdays), health insurance and PTO. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience leading residential landscape maintenance crews.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicles.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• Clear, calm communication and proactive problem reporting.
• Ownership mindset: treat equipment, time, and customer property like it’s yours.

Responsibilities

• Lead the crew day-to-day in the field and set the pace through example (attitude, respect, safety, productivity).
• Review the daily route plan with Field Leadership before starting each morning.
• Assign clear tasks, confirm understanding, and keep the crew on plan throughout the day.
• Execute and enforce Quality Standards to prevent rework, callbacks, and customer complaints.
• Maintain clean, safe, professional jobsites (including end-of-job walkthrough and cleanup).
• Take and submit required before/after photos and job notes.
• Communicate proactively with Operations Lead / Field Leadership throughout the day.
• Escalate issues early, including weather delays, access problems, scope questions, and customer concerns.
• Help train and coach new team members in the field.
• Care for trucks, trailers, and equipment; complete checks and report issues promptly.
