Qualifications

• Two Years’ prior experience with leading a Residential Landscape Maintenance Crew(s).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicles.
• Exceptional attendance and punctuality.
• Clear, calm communication and proactive problem reporting.
• Ownership mindset: treat equipment, time, and customer property like it’s yours.

Responsibilities

• Quality & Job Work: Follow the Quality Standards every day; review the route plan with Manager; take before/after photos and notes.
• Lead the Crew: Set clear tasks, model attitude and safety, train new team members.
• Communication: Keep Operations Lead updated; report weather delays, access issues and scope questions.
• Report quality issues or complaints immediately to manager.
