Job summary

Ruppert Landscape is seeking a Field Manager for Landscape Maintenance to lead labor and materials on contract maintenance and snow removal projects in Winchester, VA. You will develop the people you supervise and ensure contracts are renewed and completed within budget and scheduled hours.

You will collaborate with other field managers to meet branch goals, supervise daily production, monitor hours and costs, and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications

Experience managing others in a field service or contract maintenance setting.
At least one year of contract maintenance experience.
Two- or four-year horticultural or related degree; or equivalent industry experience.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Plan, schedule and supervise daily production on assigned contracts.
Develop understanding of budgets and monitor hours, costs, and reports.
Build strong client relationships and communicate updates.
Attend or conduct certification training sessions regularly.
Sell extras using T&M tickets.
Maintain vehicles and equipment in good working order.
