Ruppert Landscape is seeking a Field Manager for Landscape Maintenance in Maryland to lead field crews on contract maintenance and snow removal projects. The role focuses on managing labor, materials, and budgets while developing team members to meet client expectations.

The Field Manager will coordinate with management to achieve branch goals, ensure safety, and maintain high-quality service across multiple contracts in the region.

Qualifications

• Requires experience in contract maintenance (commercial setting).
• Leadership skills to develop field staff and crews.
• Able to identify and diagnose plant health issues and schedule treatments.
• Familiarity with vehicles and equipment used in maintenance and snow removal.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license with clean record within last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of branch goals and financial position.
• Develop staff through evaluations and training sessions.
• Plan, schedule, and supervise daily production on contracts.
• Monitor job costs and budget hours; communicate budgets to team.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure quality and timely work.
• Sell extras through T&M tickets.
• Keep vehicle and equipment in good condition.
