Job summary

Landscape Workshop in Deerfield Beach, FL is urgently hiring a full-time Landscape Field Manager. A valid driver’s license is required. The role offers hourly pay and opportunities to lead a crew on diverse landscaping projects.

You will oversee safety, coordinate with clients, and help schedule and track crew activities daily, with a focus on quality and timely delivery of services.

Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. and operate walk-behind mowers up to 80 lbs.
• Experience operating landscape equipment safely (string trimmers, pruners, mowers, edgers, etc.).
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to manage a weekly schedule.
• Motivated to provide high-quality service with strong time-management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively, lead, and train crew members when needed.
• Ability to identify and address quality issues as they arise.
• At least 1 year relevant experience.
• English-speaking preferred; bilingual is a plus.
