Job summary

Landscape Workshop in Calhoun, GA is hiring full-time Landscape Field Managers to maintain properties and lead on-site crews. A valid driver’s license, ability to work outdoors, and strong time management are essential. You will schedule work, ensure safety, and communicate with clients about property needs.

Starting pay is $18+ per hour with opportunities to grow in a large landscaping company and competitive benefits. English-speaking candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate walk-behind mowers up to 80 lbs.
• Experience operating landscape equipment safely (string trimmers, pruners, mowers, edgers).
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to manage a weekly schedule.
• Motivated to provide high-quality service with strong time-management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively, lead and train crew members when needed.
• Ability to identify and address quality issues as they arise.
• At least 1 year relevant experience.
• English-speaking preferred; bilingual is a plus.
