Job summary

Landscape Workshop in Jupiter, FL seeks a full-time Landscape Field Manager to oversee crew work, scheduling, and client communication on residential and commercial properties.

You will lead safety practices, ensure quality, train staff, and coordinate weekly tasks. A valid driver’s license and experience with landscape equipment are required.

Qualifications

• Valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record.
• CDL license.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate walk-behind mowers up to 80 lbs.
• Experience operating landscape equipment safely (string trimmers, pruners, mowers, edgers, etc.).
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to manage a weekly schedule.
• Motivated to provide high-quality service with strong time-management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively, lead, and train crew members when needed.
• Ability to identify and address quality issues as they arise.
• At least 1 year relevant experience.
• English-speaking preferred; bilingual is a plus.
