Job summary

Ruppert Landscape seeks a Field Manager to oversee high-volume landscape construction projects, plan crew deployment, and ensure quality on site in Greenville, SC. You will hire, train, and supervise crew members while coordinating material deliveries and maintaining safety records.

This role requires strong leadership and communication in a fast-paced environment. You will lead safety meetings, enforce regulations, and drive on-site productivity with a hands-on approach.

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial landscape construction projects.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with safety programs and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute high-volume landscape construction projects.
• Hire, train, and lead crew members.
• Coordinate material deliveries and on-site logistics.
• Maintain safety records and enforce safety rules.
• Monitor labor and productivity; ensure on-site quality.
• Lead weekly tailgate safety meetings and on-site training.
