Job summary

Ronning Landscaping in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a detail-oriented Landscape Estimator to join our estimating team. You will develop accurate bids for commercial landscape and installation projects, collaborating with sales and operations to ensure pricing aligns with company margins.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of hands-on estimating experience, proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of landscaping estimating experience.
• Experience with estimating, takeoffs, or project coordination is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret basic site plans.
• Proficient in Excel; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Estimating & Bid Development: Review plans and specs to develop accurate estimates.
• CRM & Pipeline Management: Track bids and maintain deal records in Zoho CRM.
• Client & Internal Coordination: Communicate with contractors and internal teams for smooth handoffs.
• Process Improvement & Support: Contribute to estimating templates and standard assemblies.
