Ruppert Landscape is seeking an Estimator to manage the estimating workflow, review plans, and prepare complete proposals by bid deadlines. You will assist customers with technical information and pricing during pre-construction and define scopes of work for trades.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand plans and specifications.
• Ability to build relationships with subcontractors and customers.
• Experience with estimating software preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• 1 year of experience preferred, but not required for entry-level candidates.

Responsibilities

• Manage estimating workflow to provide complete proposals before bid deadlines.
• Assist customers with technical information and pricing during pre-construction.
• Review plans and specifications to determine scope of work and best production methods.
• Define scopes of work for trades and distribute subcontract bid packages.
• Review and recommend subcontractors to Project Managers.
