Job summary

MMC Land Management is seeking a Landscape Enhancement Supervisor to lead a team in delivering high-quality landscape and irrigation projects. You will supervise daily tasks, coordinate plantings, pruning, and mulching, and ensure client satisfaction through effective onsite communication.

You will oversee irrigation system work, manage project timelines and budgets, and enforce safety policies across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscape maintenance; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of lawn care, horticulture, irrigation, and gardening principles.
• Demonstrated leadership with ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Hands-on experience with landscape construction activities; skid steer and mini-excavator required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily landscape enhancement activities, including planting, pruning, fertilizing, and mulching to ensure vibrant and healthy landscapes.

• Lead landscape projects from planning through execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage team schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
• Conduct site inspections to assess landscape health, identify issues such as pests or disease, and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert recommendations on plant selection, landscape design, and maintenance plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies across all project sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or related fields; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of lawn care techniques, horticulture practices, tree care, irrigation systems, and gardening principles.

• Hands-on experience with construction activities related to landscape enhancement projects; proficiency with skid steer and mini-excavator required.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team coordination.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy materials, operating landscaping equipment, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Compensation

$26.00 – $32.00 per hour
