Job summary

MMC Land Management is seeking a Landscape Enhancement Supervisor to lead a team in delivering high-quality landscape and irrigation projects. You will supervise daily tasks, coordinate plantings, pruning, and mulching, and ensure client satisfaction through effective onsite communication.

You will oversee irrigation system work, manage project timelines and budgets, and enforce safety policies across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscape maintenance; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of lawn care, horticulture, irrigation, and gardening principles.
• Demonstrated leadership with ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Hands-on experience with landscape construction activities; skid steer and mini-excavator required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily landscape enhancement activities including planting, pruning, fertilizing, and mulching.
• Oversee installation, repair, and maintenance of irrigation systems for efficient water usage.
• Lead landscape projects from planning through execution, ensuring on-time completion within budget.
• Manage team schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance for quality and safety.
• Conduct site inspections to assess landscape health and address issues such as pests or disease.
• Collaborate with clients to understand vision and provide recommendations on plant selection, design, and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all sites.
