Responsibilities include supervising planting, irrigation work, project management from planning to completion, and ensuring safety and quality across sites. The role emphasizes client interaction, landscape design guidance, and maintaining high standards of craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscape maintenance or related fields; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of lawn care, horticulture, irrigation, and gardening principles.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to motivate a team.
• Hands-on construction experience in landscape enhancement; operate landscaping equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily landscape enhancement activities including planting, pruning, fertilizing, and mulching.
• Oversee irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance for efficient water use.
• Lead projects from planning to execution within budget and schedule.
• Manage schedules, assign tasks, and monitor team performance for quality and safety.
• Conduct site inspections to assess health and address pests or disease, and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand vision and provide recommendations on design and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all sites.
