Job summary

Ruppert Landscape is hiring an Enhancement Manager for the Charlotte Maintenance team. You will oversee the production, sales, and customer satisfaction of all branch enhancement projects, while managing budgets and developing field leadership.

Qualified candidates will have 2+ years managing others, at least 2 years in sales/customer service, and experience estimating enhancement work. CDL and English proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage production staff and supervise multiple projects.
• Two years of experience in sales/customer service relating to service customers.
• Two years of experience estimating enhancement-type work.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production, sales, and customer satisfaction of branch enhancement projects.
• Develop profitable estimates to hit sales objectives.
• Prepare job packages and billings for enhancement jobs sold.
• Monitor job costs and budgets and communicate with field managers.
• Lead recruitment and development of field personnel and supervisors.
• Coordinate material deliveries and maintain enhancement nursery space.
