Job summary

Doctor Lawn Landscape Management in Montana is seeking an Enhancement Foreman to advance their career on commercial landscape projects. You will assist the foreman with duties on job sites, following pre-established schedules and safety standards to provide high quality service.

The role requires effective communication, basic landscaping knowledge, and the ability to operate landscape equipment. MT driver’s license is required, and you will work with a team to maintain safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with crew members and Field Foreman.
• Basic knowledge of landscaping skills.
• Basic knowledge in computer software (email, excel, MSWord, etc.)
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out tasks
• Valid MT Driver’s License is required.
• Ability to operate commercial landscape equipment and tools
• Ability to complete tasks assigned in a timely manner

Responsibilities

• Assist Production Manager with all aspects of enhancement duties.
• Perform landscape enhancement tasks, including but not limited too: sod, plant, boulder, stump, soil and bark installation, replacement, and/or removal; debris removal; drainage installation; trench digging.
• Safe operation of landscape equipment, including but not limited to: ditch witch, wheelbarrows, power tools, backpack blowers, chipper, stump grinder, riding lawn mower, bobcats, tractors, and bull dozers.
• Report equipment in need of repair
• Ensure adherence to company policies
• Develop and maintain a positive work relationship with managers, peers and subordinates
• Promote and maintain safe working conditions
• Other duties as assigned

This person will assist the foreman with activities on job sites, according to pre-established schedules, standards and procedures to provide a high quality of service, as directed by the Production Manager.

Landscape Enhancement Foreman Duties and Responsibilities:
