Doctor Lawn Landscape Management in Great Falls, MT is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Production Manager with hands-on field experience in maintenance and snow removal. You will manage production teams, budgets, and safety while coordinating resources to fulfill contracts.

Relocation is required. Candidates should possess supervisory experience, strong English communication, and a valid U.S. Driver’s License. The role emphasizes reliability, quality service, and on-site leadership.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on field experience in landscape maintenance and snow removal with supervisory experience.
• Two- or four-year degree in landscape-related field or certification by a landscape association (NALP, PLNA, etc.).
• Bi-Lingual English/Spanish encouraged but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work with Account Manager to understand client’s needs, expectations, and schedule.
• Determine number of team members, teams, and resources needed to complete jobs.
• Hire, train, review, and terminate field staff as needed.
• Manage project budgets and report deviations to maximize results.
• Set up production teams on dashboard and manage crew hours per day/week.
• Coordinate materials, personnel, equipment, and subcontractors to fulfill job specifications for landscape and snow removal services.
• Communicate goals and ensure safety and quality standards in operations.
