Job summary
Juniper is growing and seeks Drivers for our Landscape Maintenance teams. You will safely drive a Juniper truck and 24' trailer while supporting the landscape crew on site.
As a dual driver/crew member, you will perform inspections, mow, edge, prune, plant, and use hand and power tools in various weather conditions.

Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to clear a Motor Vehicle Record check required.
- Experience safely driving a truck & trailer.
- Landscaping experience preferred.
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Must be able and willing to work for long periods of time outside (in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight).
- Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day.
- Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Safely driving a company work truck with a 24’ trailer.
- Performing daily vehicle inspections.
- Working as a member of the landscape maintenance crew and completing jobsite tasks including mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, planting, weed pulling, applying mulch, and general landscape maintenance duties.
- Using hand tools, power tools, and/or equipment to perform landscape duties.
- Moving soil, equipment, and materials.
- Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
