Job summary

Juniper is seeking a motivated Crew Member/Driver to join our landscape maintenance teams. The role combines driving a 24’ truck and trailer with hands-on landscape duties at job sites across the Southeast region.

You will perform mowing, edging, pruning, planting, and other maintenance tasks, work outdoors in varying conditions, and contribute to a safe, efficient crew. Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus, with opportunities for growth at Juniper.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License and ability to clear a Motor Vehicle Record check required.
• Experience safely driving a truck & trailer.
• Landscaping experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Must be able and willing to work for long periods outside (in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight).
• Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day.
• Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Drivers for our Landscape Maintenance teams

Our Crew Members perform work on the job sites in a safe and quality manner to ensure beautiful landscapes for our clients. This position will be a dual driver/crew member position responsible for driving a Juniper truck & trailer and working alongside the landscape maintenance crew at each job site.
