Job summary

Juniper is a Florida-based landscape design, build, and maintenance company seeking Drivers for our Landscape Maintenance teams. This dual driver/crew member role involves safely operating a 24’ truck and trailer, performing daily inspections, and supporting the crew with mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, planting, mulching, and related landscape tasks.

Qualified candidates have a valid driver’s license, clean MVR, and experience driving trucks.

Qualifications

Must have valid driver’s license and ability to clear a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
Experience safely driving a truck and trailer is required.
Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Must be able to work outdoors in extreme temperatures and direct sun.
Must be able to bend, stoop, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Safely driving a company work truck with a 24’ trailer.
Performing daily vehicle inspections.
Working with the landscape maintenance crew to complete mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, planting, mulching, and general landscape tasks.
Using hand and power tools to perform landscape duties.
Moving soil, equipment, and materials as needed.
Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
