Job summary

McFarlin Stanford is seeking a Landscape Design/Sales professional in Florida to drive sales and create high-quality landscape designs for new construction, installation, and enhancement projects. You will guide prospects and maintenance clients from first consultation through project handoff and completion.

You will collect site data, estimate projects, prepare proposals, and coordinate with Operations and the Maintenance Division to ensure timely handoffs and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Client consultation to assess goals and budgets.
• Prepare detailed proposals and estimates.
• Coordinate across Operations and Maintenance for project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand project goals, needs, and budgets.
• Collect site measurements, elevations, and other project details.
• Estimate projects and prepare detailed proposals.
• Present designs and proposals to clients within established timelines.
• Manage the sales process and follow up with clients.
• Prepare complete project handoff documents, including plans, photos, notes, and material requirements.
• Coordinate with Operations on new construction projects and the Maintenance Division on enhancement projects.
• Obtain permits and special materials when required.
• Build strong relationships with maintenance clients and Account Managers to generate enhancement opportunities.
• Ensure projects meet design expectations and follow up after completion.
