Job summary

Lindgren Landscape in Fort Collins, CO, is seeking a Designer to create and sell residential landscape projects. You will design, model in CAD/3D, and manage client relations while coordinating with operations and field staff.

Responsibilities include meeting clients, preparing drawings and estimates, and pursuing new sales opportunities. A Bachelor's in landscape design/architecture is required, with 2–3 years sales experience and CAD proficiency.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience required.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in residential landscape construction and design required.
• SketchUp: 1 year or other 3D modelling software required.
• AutoCAD: 3 years required.
• Experience with sprinkler and landscape lighting design preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to design projects and sell installation projects; maintain client relations.
• Prepare site plans, working drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for landscape construction projects.
• Visit construction sites to ensure client’s vision is implemented; manage client relations.
