Lifescape Colorado, a premier luxury outdoor living firm, is seeking a seasoned Landscape Designer to own projects from first client consultation through design handoff to construction. You will blend creative vision with technical expertise, leading design, estimation, and client relations for high-end residential landscapes in the Denver area.

This client-facing role requires strong sales skills, experience in AutoCAD, and the ability to manage design teams and collaborate with builders,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Sales and Design experience preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Landscape design, estimation, construction and horticulture knowledge.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to meet annual sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed annual revenue and gross margin sales goals.
• Manage own book of business and develop new opportunities.
• Design landscape plans from concept to final design.
• Prepare estimates and collaborate with subcontractors.
