Borst Landscape & Design, based in Allendale, New Jersey, seeks a Landscape Designer/Sales Associate to meet clients, understand requirements, and craft detailed CAD designs within budgets. You should combine plant knowledge with design principles to deliver compelling landscapes.

Join a team focused on residential excellence, work with AutoCAD and other design tools, manage client accounts, and help bring outdoor visions to life while collaborating with field crews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in residential landscape design.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Suite preferred.
• Strong portfolio of built residential or commercial landscape projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present conceptual and schematic designs for construction site plans.
• Create graphics through hand drawings and design software for residential landscapes.
• Prepare documents, plans, and renderings to communicate design vision to clients.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking and marketing initiatives.
• Promote company services and follow up on leads and contracts.
• Collaborate with construction team to ensure accurate execution of plans.
