Job summary

Clippers Landscaping is seeking a Crew Member to perform lawn mowing, clean-ups, mulching, pruning, planting, and related landscape tasks on assigned properties. You will safely handle equipment, follow plans, and contribute to timely project completion.

The role requires 18+ years of age, ability to read drawings, and a dependable work ethic. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. This on-site position offers steady hours and opportunities for training.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to read architectural drawings.
• Able to safely work alone and maintain quality workmanship.
• Ability to teach and train new laborers.
• Able to follow plans as shown on a map of property.
• Dependable; punctual and flexible hours based on weather/season.
• Organized, hardworking, safety conscious, and customer service‑driven.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate landscape equipment as needed (skid steer, etc.).
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks with safety and efficiency.
• Assist with loading/unloading of equipment and materials.
• Follow safety policies and maintain clean, organized job sites.
• Communicate issues to supervisor promptly.
• Support quality and timely completion of tasks.
• Participate in required training and safety programs.
