Clippers Landscaping is seeking a Crew Leader to supervise a on-site crew, ensure safety, efficiency, and timely delivery of quality landscaping projects. You will train crew members, plan tasks, manage materials and equipment, and address client issues. Report to Operations Manager.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in landscape maintenance, a HS diploma, and knowledge of irrigation and horticulture. A valid driver's license is required; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• English communication required; Spanish bilingualism preferred.
• Ability to train others and exercise leadership skills.

• Capacity to operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Create schedules and follow job specifications, including materials and timelines.
• Organize, supervise, lead and train employees to complete projects within guidelines and timeframe.
• Ensure contractual obligations align with proper horticultural practices.
• Maintain equipment preventative maintenance program.
• Inspect each job site weekly and manage punch lists.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and quality.
• Communicate with onsite clients as outlined in the plan.
• Respond to client requests and ensure needs are met.
