Job summary

Clippers Landscaping is seeking a Crew Leader to supervise on-site crews, ensuring safety, efficiency and high-quality outdoor projects delivered on time. You will train crew members, plan and assign work, manage materials and equipment, and address customer concerns, reporting directly to the Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of professional landscape maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• English communication; Spanish bilingual preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Pre-employment drug screening may apply.

Responsibilities

• Create schedules with management and follow job specifications.
• Organize, supervise, lead, and train employees to complete projects on time.
• Ensure contractual obligations and horticultural practices.
• Maintain equipment and perform preventative maintenance.
• Inspect job sites weekly and manage punch lists.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and quality.
• Communicate with onsite clients per plan.
• Respond to client requests and follow up.
• Keep manager informed of client concerns and communications.
• Maintain safe working conditions and follow safety guidelines.
