Job summary

Santa Rita Landscaping Inc. is hiring a Landscape Crew Member to keep properties looking sharp through mowing, trimming, planting, and cleanup. You will work outdoors in all weather, using mowers, trimmers, and blowers, following crew directions to complete tasks efficiently.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and a teamwork mindset with opportunities for growth and seasonal year-round work. Training is provided for those new to landscaping.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping is a plus but not required; we provide training.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long hours.
• Able to work in all weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license is preferred; some roles may require DOT cert.

Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, trim, blow, and clean commercial properties.
• Prune trees and shrubs; plant flowers and maintain beds.
• Use hand tools and power equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers).
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Work as part of a crew with daily direction from your Crew Leader.
• Load/unload equipment and keep trucks/tools clean.
• Assist with snow removal duties during winter where applicable.
