Job summary

Santa Rita Landscaping Inc. in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Landscape Crew Member to join a field team focused on keeping properties looking their best through mowing, edging, trimming, planting, and cleanup. You will work outdoors in all weather, operate standard equipment, and contribute to a safety-conscious crew led by a Crew Leader.

No prior landscaping experience is required; training is provided. Expect seasonal overtime, early hours, and a supportive team with growth opportunities and paid

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping is a plus, but training is provided.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for long hours.
• Able to work in all weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license preferred but not required.
• Good attitude, reliable attendance, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, trim, blow, and clean commercial properties.
• Prune trees and shrubs; plant flowers and maintain beds.
• Use hand tools and power equipment (e.g., mowers, trimmers, blowers).
• Follow safety procedures and wear provided PPE.
• Work as part of a crew with daily direction from your Crew Leader.
• Load/unload equipment and maintain cleanliness of trucks/tools.
• Assist with snow removal duties during winter (where applicable).
