Job summary

Santa Rita Landscaping Inc. is seeking a Landscape Crew Member to join our field team. You will mow, trim, plant, and perform clean-up tasks on commercial and residential properties, working outdoors in all weather with professional equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping is a plus, but not required (training provided).
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for long hours.
• Able to work in all weather (heat, rain, cold).
• Valid driver's license preferred (DOT where applicable).
• Good attitude, reliable attendance, and team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, trim, blow, and clean commercial properties.
• Prune trees and shrubs; plant flowers and maintain beds.
• Use hand tools and power equipment (e.g., mowers, trimmers, blowers).
• Follow safety procedures and wear provided PPE.
• Work as part of a crew with daily direction from your Crew Leader.
• Load/unload equipment and maintain cleanliness of trucks/tools.
• Assist with snow removal duties during winter (where applicable).
