Job summary

GroundSystems in Northern Kentucky is looking for Crew Members to join a growing landscaping team. We offer year-round, full-time employment with training, tools, and benefits to help you thrive.

As a Landscaper, you’ll perform mowing, planting, sod, pruning, and general maintenance for commercial clients, with safety and teamwork at the core of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Landscaping experience is a plus—but not required!

Responsibilities

• Mowing, edging, and trimming
• Planting flowers, shrubs, and trees
• Laying sod and applying fertilizers
• Pruning and maintaining perennial beds
• Using landscaping tools and power equipment safely and efficiently

What You'll Be Doing
